Are you feeling stuck? Drained and disconnected from the people around you? Do you notice self doubt that feels difficult to keep in check? Reaching out for help can be hard. It takes courage to confront difficult feelings and move towards change. I have a deep respect for the strength this requires.
I show up for clients with compassion and curiosity in order to create a space in which, together, we can gain a deeper understanding of experiences you've had, challenges you face, and strengths you possess. I use my training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, family therapy, and CBT based on client need.

I work with to manage a range of problems including anxiety, depression, and trauma related disorders, as well as relationship and life stage challenges. I specialize in work with chronic pain and illness.
