I’m a health psychologist who helps people break the cycle between life stress and physical health problems.

Stress, burnout, and emotional strain can lead to poor sleep, weight gain, high blood pressure, and difficulty managing conditions like diabetes or chronic illness. At the same time, health issues can affect your mood, relationships, motivation, and daily habits.

I use evidence-based approaches — including CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing — to help people shift unhelpful thought patterns, manage emotions, and make sustainable changes in how they care for themselves. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or struggling to stick with a health plan, I work collaboratively to create a personalized strategy that fits your real life.

My goal is to help patients feel more in control of their health and well-being — not just physically, but emotionally and behaviorally.
