My passion, as a therapist, is to collaborate with clients to achieve the counseling goals we create together. The focus of my work is toward a whole person-centered approach to bring clients into emotional health and wellness to live their best life. I work with clients who have concerns with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, anger, grief, loss, relationship conflicts, sexual abuse, interpersonal violence, spirituality, couples and family issues.

I specialize in providing trauma-informed care in the treatment of PTSD and trauma. I have a certification in EMDR therapy and also utilize DNMS therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also have experience providing telehealth counseling through Doxy.me when needed.
