Catherine Strunge
I work with people (18+) who are dealing with young adulthood and the complexities that often come with it, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and general stress. In my approach, I’m open-minded and nonjudgmental. In our work together, you’ll find someone who is relaxed, genuine, and fully present. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and create a space where you can be yourself. There’s no “right way” to do therapy—my goal is to adapt to what you need, whether that’s processing difficult emotions, developing coping skills, or gaining insight into patterns that aren’t serving you.
I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches because I know that what works for one person may not work for another. Depending on your needs and preferences, our sessions might include cognitive-behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, psychoanalytic exploration, or traditional talk therapy. Some clients appreciate structured sessions with clear goal.
Reaching out for support takes courage. I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever brought you here.
