My work focuses on supporting those living with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, neurodiversity, family conflict past and present, emotional dysregulation and repression, life transitions, issues of childhood and adolescence, gender identity development, expatriate stressors, relationship issues, parent/caregiver concerns, grief and overall self care. I actively strive to provide neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming and diversity affirming care.
My clients and I work collaboratively, within a trusting relationship, to identify their strengths and gain skills to improve their quality of life. Together, we can explore what the therapeutic process might look like for you.
