I enjoy working with students and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems and stress. I accept individuals as they are with no judgement, and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to teach my students healthy coping mechanisms that they can use when facing life's challenges. Stress is inevitable, especially when juggling, school, work and family life, but once you have the tools needed to manage it effectively, life becomes more peaceful and easier to navigate.
