I will provide you with a non-judgmental and accepting environment where you can feel comfortable talking openly about difficult emotions and topics. Since each person is a unique individual with his or her own experiences, I use a holistic approach to therapy that’s unique to who you are and what you will need to support your well-being.
In therapy we will explore connections between your past and present experiences so you can gain a deeper sense of awareness about yourself, identify problems so you can get to the bottom of why you are feeling the way you area and learn coping skills so you can better manage symptoms and find relief in challenging moments.
