Hi there! I love working with college students on anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and figuring out adulting. Trauma therapy is a specialty of mine- I'm trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (also known as parts work). As your therapist, my main goal is to be present with you and teach you how to be present with yourself.
