The demands of today’s world are a lot for most people to manage without help and guidance from someone they trust. Maybe you’re not sure why you need help and that’s ok. Exploring those “whys” is a great place to start in therapy. Sessions include (but are not limited to) help with: adjusting to life changes, supporting yourself with problem solving, coping skills and distress tolerance, learning to appropriately communicate with your support system and increasing your general self-awareness and understanding of the phase of life that you’re in. While I just described most of the clients who I work with I can also help you with general life stress and anxieties, relationship challenges, mood related issues, disruptive tendencies (ie.
