Cat Rutstein
Hi there!
Whether you have been to therapy before or are just starting out, welcome. Finding the right therapist is never an easy task, but my goal is to take the stress out of finding the right therapist to meet your needs.
My name is Cat, I am a clinical mental health counseling student intern currently pursuing her Master’s in Counseling at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to attending UNCC, I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Art Therapy from the University of Tampa in 2021.
My passion as a therapist lies in empowering adolescent girls and young women dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and OCD. My goal is to provide you with the support and skills you need to become the best version of yourself.
When I am not in the therapist's chair, I enjoy spending quality time with my 1-year-old puppy named Poppy, indulging in a good book, and keeping up with the latest season of "Below Deck”.
I look forward to embarking on your therapy journey with you!
