At True North ATX Counseling, I help teens and young adults who feel anxious, stuck, or unsure of their direction find clarity and confidence. Many of my clients are figuring out who they are, managing school stress, navigating relationships, or trying to break free from perfectionism and self-doubt. My approach is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth—I use humor often, because sometimes laughter helps us see things more clearly and makes the hard stuff a little easier to face. Together, we’ll work on reconnecting with your values—your “true north”—so you can move forward with purpose and peace of mind.
