Welcome to my page! I love creating safe spaces for people to explore, heal, and navigate the hard dynamics of life. Life is hard, but you don't have to hold it alone.

I have worked with College Students for the last 15 years, and currently a Therapist at local University here in Denver, specializing working with Performance Anxiety, neurodivergence, and with Athletes.
