I earned my degree from George Washington University and am trained in full fidelity Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT). My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy to support meaningful, lasting change. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy iced coffee, good books, and creative outlets like crochet and needlepoint. I am also a reality TV enthusiast and a lifelong learner who finds joy in exploring literature and video essays. As a board-approved supervisor in Maryland, I provide clinical supervision to Bridget and find deep fulfillment in supporting emerging clinicians as they grow in confidence and authenticity.
