Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Pre-Licensed Professionals

No matter what you’re dealing with in life right now, I believe that there is hope for you to learn, grow, and heal. I work with clients who may be struggling with feelings of guilt, shame, resentment, burnout, grief, identity confusion, not being enough/good enough, or vulnerability. In addition, I enjoy working with college students on issues related to perfectionism, people-pleasing, codependency, relationship dynamics, sports performance, and sports injury.

It's important to me to tailor my approach to what each individual client needs. Because of this, I enjoy collaborating with you to determine treatment goals that reflect your goals and values. I believe that your past experiences and relationships deeply impact you. Therefore, sessions involve exploring your past, identifying patterns, and gaining insight and awareness into how this affects you now. It can also look like a more practical approach of learning and implementing skills to reduce symptoms and increase positive behaviors and feelings.

My goal is to hold space for clients with empathy, genuineness, and authenticity in a way that both accepts clients as they are and encourages them to grow into more of who they hope to be. My desire for clients is that they can learn to live more authentically and wholeheartedly with a greater capacity for joy, connection, hope, and resilience.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help, and I am glad you've taken the first step! I would love the chance to learn more about you and your goals for therapy to see how I can best support you.

Under clinical supervision with Dr. Laura Land, LPC (GA #010913), CPCS (Ga #2150)
