Finding a therapist you connect with can be difficult. I spend time with my clients creating a nonjudgmental environment where you can be heard and validated. I bring warmth, humor, and commitment to each one of my clients. I believe that therapy is a place where you can grow and make new meaning out of your experiences, even through situations which can cause great distress.

My main areas of focus are with individuals, and couples, who want to work on issues related to LGBTQ+ and multicultural issues, relationship concerns, and trauma, with a specialty of sexual assault and intimate violence. I also offer therapy to work on issues related to anxiety, depression, as well as overall adjustment concerns.

My approach is collaborative and together we will set up a treatment plan embracing your individuality to help you reach your goals. I look forward to hearing from you.
