I utilize a variety of treatment interventions that are all grounded in a person-centered and strengths-based approach. I believe that each person is unique, and I will approach your treatment in a way that is customized to meet your needs and preferences. I will use modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.
