Carson Hohe
Many of those I work with describe feeling like anxiety has taken over-constant worrying, overthinking, while feeling overwhelmed.
If you’ve been living on autopilot, and feeling stuck or disconnected from the person you want to be, you’re not alone. My role is to help you untangle these patterns and reconnect with what matters most.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorder-including panic attacks, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias; as well as stress, family conflict, difficulty setting boundaries, and the pressures that come with work/school, relationships, and social media.
I use a mix of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure Therapy in a way that’s practical and easy to connect with. We’ll work together on things like managing anxious thoughts, handling tough situations, building confidence, and figuring out what helps you feel more grounded and in control.
Therapy gives you a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and learn tools that actually help in your day-to-day life. Therapy with me is a warm, practical, collaborative space with a touch of humor. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety or more confidence in your choices, we’ll work together toward a life that feels more meaningful.
