Hi, thanks for stopping by! I value a person-centered approach that is tailored to your unique needs. I am invested in cultivating a warm and gentle environment for you to feel comfortable bringing your full self to sessions. I work with both adults and adolescents, and can see clients in person or over telehealth.

I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Ball State University, where I worked with college students in a university counseling setting. My background includes addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, identity development, and relationship concerns. I've supported individuals in processing intense emotions, building positive strategies for improving mental health, and building compassion for all parts of self. I also have a strong commitment to supporting individuals from the LGBTQ+ community. I look forward to joining you on your path to healing and growth.
