Hi, I’m Caroline Senkowicz, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and someone who truly gets how overwhelming life can feel sometimes.

Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, identity, trauma, or just feeling stuck, I offer a supportive, judgment-free space to explore what you're going through and help you feel more grounded and empowered.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Florida and my Master of Social Work from Florida State University, where I focused on trauma-informed care and evidence-based approaches to mental health. I’ve worked with teens, young adults, and families in schools, treatment centers, and community programs. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a clinician for Florida State University’s College of Social Work, where I support youth and young adults in building resilience and emotional regulation skills.

My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m here to walk alongside you as you build resilience, emotional tools, and confidence for whatever comes next.
