Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
You may be someone who has spent years holding things together—building a career, caring for others, navigating difficult relationships, or simply doing what needed to be done—only to find yourself feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, and changes in identity can leave even highly capable people struggling to feel like themselves.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes from both feeling deeply understood and developing practical ways to move forward. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, burnout, substance use concerns, relationship and family challenges, existential crises, and major life transitions. I draw from evidence-based approaches including DBT and CBT while tailoring therapeutic work to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
Before becoming a therapist, I practiced law, and I understand the pressures that can accompany demanding careers, major professional transitions, and the experience of reconsidering the life you thought you were supposed to have. I bring both compassion and curiosity to therapy, along with respect for the complexity of each person’s story.
Therapy can be a place to understand the patterns that keep you stuck, make sense of painful experiences, explore questions of meaning and purpose, and begin building a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and genuinely your own. I would be honored to work alongside you in that process.
