I am passionate about helping you work through anxiety, depression, life adjustments, relationship issues, stress management, and low self-esteem. I often utilize principles of CBT, strengths-based, DBT, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I specialize in working with teens and adults.
I aim to provide an empathetic, non-judgmental approach that is affirming and empowering to guide you on your path of healing and growth. I will be here to support you through your therapeutic journey.
