Hi! I’m Caroline. I am so glad you stopped by—this whole process of looking for someone can feel like a lot! If you’ve come to this page, you’re already well on your way to finding healing. Let me see if I can help your process along that much more by letting you know more about how we might partner together to help you find some support. I am a mental health counselor who specializes in helping youth, young adults, and adults with anxiety/depression, trauma, eating disorders/body image struggles, and relationship concerns.

From daily stressors to chronic trauma built up from the past, I’m here for it all. Each step you will be met with compassion and support. I’m passionate about making sure youth feel safe and welcome in a relatable, and down-to-earth environment. I use evidence-based approaches in all of my work, and believe that a strong relationship between client and counselor is a huge part of helping someone to feel confident in processing life. I spend a lot of time getting to know you and ensuring I learn what makes you feel comfortable in relationship with others so that counseling feels worthwhile to you. I hope you stop by for a free consult to find out if we might make a good match!
