You have taken the first step in the healing journey, and that is worth celebrating! As a therapist, I will willingly walk alongside you in that journey and create a safe space where all emotions are welcome. I will both listen mindfully and compassionately, and teach you skills to help you master your feelings and behaviors. Together we can help you craft your version of a good life.

I offer individual telehealth psychotherapy for adults using a HIPPA compliant platform. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and grief in a variety of settings. I utilize a number of treatment modalities, depending on your needs, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing.

If you are struggling with a challenging situation, with the loss of a loss one, with uncomfortable emotions, or with unhealthy behaviors, I can help. I offer a 15 minute consultation call to discuss your needs and determine if we are a good fit.
