Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

Hi there! I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, and I specialize in working with people who live with trauma, particularly Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Clients often find themselves reaching out when what they’re doing just isn’t working. Maybe relationships feel stuck, emotions feel overwhelming or impulsive, or the world just doesn’t feel emotionally or physically safe. You might be living with constant reminders of painful experiences from the past. Whatever the reason, I’m here to help.

With a long history of specialized training in trauma treatment, I’m trained in all of the leading science-backed therapies for trauma-related disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, and panic. I view the therapeutic relationship as a true partnership. You bring your story, and I bring my knowledge of effective treatments. Together, we tailor a plan that fits your goals and helps get your life back on track.

I consider myself an ally to culturally diverse communities and am committed to creating a safe, open space for all clients. I’m a good fit for people who value authenticity, a little humor, and a therapist who offers warmth and accountability (nicely!). If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you.
