I work with people who live with trauma and/or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). If your relationships feel stuck, your emotions feel overwhelming or impulsive, or you are living with constant reminders of painful experiences from the past, I’m here to help. Clients often come to me when how they've been coping isn't working anymore.

With a long history of specialized training in trauma treatment, I’m trained in all of the leading science-backed therapies for trauma-related disorders, as well as anxiety, depression, and panic.
