Carol Waldenburg
Nice to meet you!
Clients that I work with come to me with many concerns. These may have been going on for months or years, or could be situations in the here and now. I will give you the attention and support you need while I help you gain the tools you need to make changes in your life for the long term.
I am highly interactive with my clients and believe that we are partners in the process towards better mental health, healing and wholeness. I work with people suffering from depression; grief, loss, and bereavement; domestic violence and rape; life's changes and transitions; Pastoral counseling and faith/religious concerns; also LGBTQIA, and more.
I do not have one way of doing therapy, I tailor our work to meet you where you are with goals, issues, and woundedness. My approach is largely Cognitive Behavioral. Again, we will be partners in this part of your life's journey.
