Offering in person and online sessions.

During the college years, many issues can emerge that can be difficult to navigate on your own.
Perhaps the adjustment is more difficult than you imagined and you find yourself feeling anxious and sad. You may be struggling with academic demands, social pressures, and family issues. Perhaps you are just not feeling grounded, comfortable or good about yourself. Therapy can help you to sort through these issues so you can get back on track.

If you are feeling anxious about going off to college, experiencing distress while in school, or worried about your life after college, please reach out. The summer is often a good time for students to gain new perspectives and coping skills to better address the challenges they face.
