I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 18 years of experience, and I’ve partnered with Headway to accept in-network insurance and make therapy more accessible for undergraduate, graduate, and professional students.

I offer a space to slow down, feel understood, and sort through the thoughts, emotions, and stress that are getting harder to carry. I help students navigate anxiety, academic pressure, self-esteem challenges, and the weight of expectations. I also have a deep appreciation for working with creative students—artists, performers, writers, and others—who may feel blocked, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their work.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and attuned to the emotional layers that shape how you show up—in school, in your work, and in your life.
