I specialize in health, aging, grief and loss, and work with young adults, adults, and older adults. I work with anxiety and mood disorders, self-esteem issues, and relationship issues. My approach is CBT based, however I believe that developing a trusting relationship between client and therapist is of the utmost importance in making progress.
I always aim to see the good in others and am genuinely fascinated by the way the human mind works: the way it can spiral out of control in not-so-helpful ways, for sure, but also the way it can persevere through nearly anything, protect us, and help us to create and share wonderful things. Therapy is something that I enjoy, honor and respect.
