Hi, I’m Carly! I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to build on your existing strengths. I remember firsthand how overwhelming college can feel—balancing academics, relationships, identity, past experiences and future plans can bring a lot of stress and anxiety. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I use a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and motivational interviewing, etc. - all tailored to your needs! I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, body image, perfectionism, and more.

My style is laid-back, honest, and reflective. Together, we’ll set goals that align with what you want and help you move toward feeling more balanced, confident, and supported—both during college and beyond.

I hope to see you soon!
