Do you feel like you don't quite fit in to your life, feel anxious, or long to feel confident and capable? Perhaps you may identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, gifted, a trauma survivor, sensitive, or in a life transition that has you feeling lost or stuck. I may be the right fit for you.

I love helping young adults build confidence in their unique strengths, build on their capacities, and learn how to be supported in creating a thriving life on their own terms. I also acknowledge the real struggles with relationships- family, friends, work, or society at large that affect mental health. Let's collaborate.

I offer trauma-informed and DBT-informed art therapy, talk therapy, EMDR, somatic, and mindfulness techniques that can improve your confidence. My approach is rooted in real world application, helping you feel empowered and confident in therapy- so you can create a life that best serves your unique way of being.

I hope to work with you to find out how I can best show up as your advocate and ally in healing. I warmly welcome individuals coming from all backgrounds and intersections of identity to reach out and see if we might be a good fit to do this important work together.
