College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming, confusing, or lonely - especially when you’re trying to figure out who you are and where you fit. Many of the students I work with feel pressure to have it all together while quietly struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Maybe you’re navigating identity, managing ADHD, feeling the weight of family expectations, or just trying to find your place in all the change. I work best with students who are curious about themselves and want a space where they can be real, reflect, and feel supported. Therapy with me is LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-affirming, and my goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected - both in your relationships and in your own skin.
In my office, you’ll find tea, cozy blankets, and art supplies - whatever helps you settle in and feel like you can just be. My therapy dog, Stevie, can also join for sessions as a comforting buddy or for intentional animal-assisted interventions. You can email/call/text to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. It’s completely normal, and encouraged, to explore a few therapists before finding the right one. This call is simply a chance for us both to see if we click. No pressure, just support!
