I believe in working together to develop practical strategies for managing challenges, while offering clear feedback with compassion when needed. We'll work together to develop coping techniques, improve communication, and build healthier relationships. If helpful, I also offer EMDR therapy and mindfulness techniques to help you process past experiences, address present triggers, and move forward with ease.
Outside of the therapy office, you can find me walking my dog, volunteering in the community, and soaking up time with family.
