Some carry anxiety, ADHD, or social struggles. Others feel off, as if they’re trying hard to fit in, but still feel out of place.
With me, there’s no pressure to perform. Just a calm, honest space to untangle thoughts, explore identity, and build a real connection with yourself and others.
