Caridad Baez-Williamson
Starting college can feel exciting, overwhelming, isolating, and stressful all at once. Between academics, relationships, family expectations, work, and figuring out who you are, it’s easy to feel anxious, burned out, or emotionally stuck. Our practice provides a supportive, judgment-free space where college students can process life’s challenges, build healthier coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident.
We work with students navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity concerns, grief, and burnout. Our approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, focusing not only on symptoms, but on understanding your story and helping you move toward healing and growth.
You do not have to have everything figured out to begin therapy. We are here to support you as you navigate this season of life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
