Cardinal Hope and Healing LLC
College can be rewarding, but it can also be stressful, overwhelming, and isolating at times. I work with students who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges.
Many of my clients feel pressure to succeed academically while balancing work, family responsibilities, friendships, and their own well-being. Others are navigating major transitions, such as starting college, adjusting to independence, choosing a career path, or preparing for graduation.
As a first-generation college graduate, I understand some of the unique challenges students face while pursuing their goals. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and help you feel more confident managing life's challenges.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for additional support, therapy can provide a space to explore what's on your mind and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
