Maybe you're here because your intuition knows it is time for a change. Perhaps you are carrying untold stories that need a witness, or are ready to shed an old belief or way of being. Before becoming a counselor, my background was in creative writing and organic farming. This has shown me the value of a nontraditional path and the belief that nothing in a living system heals in isolation. In our sessions together, we will listen for the deeper patterns beneath your "presenting problems" and collaborate to craft an honest and compassionate map of your inner landscape.

I work with adults across the lifespan and have particular experience with young adult clients. We will not prioritize words alone. The body, imagination, and felt sense are all part of how we will explore your identity and experiences.

Whether you are navigating persistent anxiety, questioning your identity or life direction, working through relationship stress, or processing past trauma, I provide a grounded, collaborative space where you don't have to carry it all alone.
