Experienced in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, I am passionate about helping patients improve their overall well-being and quality of life. I have more than 15 years’ expertise in various settings and roles, helping adults navigate struggles with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum and related women's mental health issues, grief, and schizophrenia.

I value a collaborative approach to treatment, working closely with you and partnering with medical and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, individualized care.

That’s why I empower you to take an active role in your treatment, emphasizing education, shared decision-making, and the use of evidence-based practices for diagnosis and treatment. I believe that medication is most effective when paired with therapy, healthy coping strategies, and supportive interventions, so I utilize all approaches to help you achieve your healing needs and goals.

Mental health has always been a part of my life. My father worked in mental health as an Occupational Therapist, and my mother was considered a specialist in Autism, ADHD, and IDD as an Occupational Therapist. When I was 9, my brother entered the world with neurodivergence, and I had to adapt and learn quickly to support him. These lifelong experiences led me to become an advocate for patients, driving me to work collaboratively with them, treat holistically, and provide education.

Outside of clinical work, I enjoy attending comic conventions, exploring new experiences with my two young children, 3-D printing projects with my husband, thrifting, collecting crystals and minerals, and crafting.
