Camille Benito
After the year 2020 I think we can all agree that life can not only be difficult, but it can also throw us unexpected curve balls. So much can feel outside of our control whether we are adjusting to life during a global pandemic, job or relationships losses, or other circumstances that may be driving you to confront your struggles. I recognize how difficult and vulnerable it is to seek therapy so I want to begin by congratulating you in making this decision. I am intentional about providing an empathic and empowering approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for us to work together to address your therapy goals.
Through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal processing, and brief psychodynamic therapy approaches, we can explore how past experiences, relationships, thoughts, and behaviors may impact your present day and provide you tools for healthier relationships with yourself and others.
Additionally, I know the importance of God in your journey to healing; therefore, I can also incorporate a faith-based approach in sessions if desired. I look forward to working together in your journey towards greater emotional well-being!
