I’m so proud of you for making it this far on your mental-health journey! It’s a hard road, but you are not walking it alone. To help you accomplish your therapeutic goals, I believe in first helping you feel safe, understood, and grounded in my space as well as within our professional relationship. From there, we can utilize the power of empathy, compassion, patience, and accountability to create the transformation you want to see.

Located at The Healing Path Farm, I go beyond traditional therapeutic methods. Clients have the flexibility to engage indoors or outdoors, incorporating animal-assisted therapy and movement during sessions. Specializing in ecotherapy, I harness the healing power of nature and animals to facilitate mind-body connections, creating a unique and transformative experience for those seeking support. My experience lies in working with children, adolescents, college students, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. Join me on a journey of self-discovery and healing as we explore the interconnectedness of mental health and the natural world.

In my therapeutic approach, I employ person-centered and strengths-based techniques in conjunction with integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychoeducation to empower individuals and help them set meaningful goals for their well-being. As a recent graduate from the Tulane School of Social Work, I bring a unique blend of psychological expertise and a passion for reconnecting with the natural world. My foundation of practice comes from eight years of practice in teaching, mental health work, and wilderness therapy, as well as a dual undergraduate degree in Psychology and Environmental Science and Sustainability from Allegheny College.
