At Lager Counseling Services, we work with college students, children, teens, young adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life and college transitions. We are available both virtually and in person. Many clients come in feeling stuck, unsure how to move forward, or looking for deeper change. Our team takes a down-to-earth approach, helping clients not only feel better but understand the patterns driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can create meaningful, lasting change
