Brynn Bottalico
Many of the college students I work with feel overwhelmed trying to balance everything—school, relationships, family expectations, and figuring out what they want for their future. They might struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or just feel stuck. Some are navigating big transitions like moving away from home, managing independence, or exploring their identity.
I work best with students who are open to talking things through honestly, even if they’re not exactly sure where to start. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s getting in the way, build coping tools, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
