I help with chronic anxiety, relationships, trauma, work-situations, family dynamics, and general day-to-day coping. I help you find solutions to what brings you to therapy in the context of your unique life experiences.
Together, we utilize solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to accomplish your goals and help catalyze change in your life. We investigate how your thoughts impact your emotions and situations, then identify new ways of responding that serve you better. I also offer support to those with chronic or other illness in their life
