Brookway Counseling
Helping people who are struggling with life's challenges to find help, hope and healing. I have over 27 years of experience helping people of all ages through the difficulties in life. From marriage and family issues, blended family issues, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma and ADHD, there is help available. I approach counseling from a Christian perspective when this is requested by the client and treat each person with the dignity they deserve. By utilizing tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will work together to accomplish your goals.
As a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals I have experience helping people struggling with obsessing about food and eating disorders. These often become more pronounced during transition times such as college and other life changes. It is possible to recover from this. I also use EMDR in the treatment of trauma.
Is something keeping you stuck? Keeping you from moving toward the life you want to be living? I know what that is like. I have been there too, and I am here to help you move forward. You are not alone. I truly believe your life and your relationships can get better. It will take work but it IS possible. If you would like help getting unstuck, contact me now. Video sessions are available.
