I work with folks to understand themselves in the context of their lives and choose how to move forward. I approach therapy with an antiracist orientation and strive to focus on joy, fulfilling relationships, and imagining a future that feels meaningful at an individual and collective level. I focus on repairs after trauma, increasing safety in the body, and building humor and resiliency.
I have openings on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9a to 5p. We will decide to meet weekly or every other week.
