Brooke Griswold
I provide psychotherapy for individuals navigating significant life transitions, with a primary clinical focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health. My practice supports clients through challenges related to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and parenting, including anxiety, depression, and trauma or relational changes that often emerge during this period. In addition to perinatal and postpartum care, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship difficulties across the lifespan. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring treatment to the unique needs of each client.
Therapy offers a space to process, gain perspective, and develop tools for coping more effectively. Whether we meet in person or via Telehealth, I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can work toward improved emotional well-being and a greater sense of stability.
My clinical style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in a deep respect for the complexities of each individual’s experience. If you are experiencing distress related to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, or other life stressors, I encourage you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
