Broady Counseling LCSW
Broady Counseling LCSW provides virtual individual therapy. I became a therapist to assist individuals navigate different stressors and transitions in a healthy way. But what I desired more than anything was to create a safe space and represent those who resemble me. As a psychotherapist, I aim to treat pre-teens, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, low self esteem, difficult life transitions, grief and other life challenges. I take an eclectic approach to my therapeutic practice to ensure the needs of all clients are met, both personally and culturally.
I rely on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Faith Based Counseling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Client Centered Therapy, allowing you the autonomy and ability to take control of your therapeutic experience.
I know it takes a lot to embark on the journey to heal one's inner trauma and share the most vulnerable and raw pieces of yourself with someone else. I commend you for taking the initial steps to start your healing journey, you are on your way and you do not have to proceed alone. I would be honored to provide you with a safe space for your counseling needs. Get started today! For more information schedule a free consultation!
