I specialize in anxiety disorder treatment (GAD, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Phobias, OCD, Separation Anxiety, Selective Mutism), along with child and adolescent counseling ranging ages 6-25. I can see adults as well. I have additional clinical experience in treating depression, mood disorders, behaviors, school issues, anger, transitions, self-esteem, ADHD, & more.
I believe my clients would describe my approach as warm, affirming, genuine, encouraging, and effective. I am incredibly humbled and honored for the opportunity to engage in the lives of my clients, and it’s my goal to respect that opportunity by gifting empathy, support, and solutions.
