In a world where it is so easy to becoming overwhelmed due to constant exposure to negativity, the perspectives and opinions of others, the pressures of society and secondary/vicarious trauma, my ideal clients (whom I refer to as "my people") seek a safe space to process their world, their perspectives, their goals and to figure themselves out from the inside out.
