Sharon Williams
Where do you go when you just want to be validated and heard without judgement? Do you have a supportive, safe space? Life can be tough when you don’t have an outlet and you are struggling with depression, self-esteem, transition or other unresolved issues that are getting in the way of your quality of life and desired goals. Expressing what is on your heart is fundamental to having a peace-filled life and can put you on a better path.
As a therapist, I can help you identify your strengths within. I believe you are your own expert! Together we will explore how past experiences may be connected to current behaviors, feelings or beliefs. My personal practice of mindfulness allows me to be fully present and attuned, creating a judgement-free space that supports you.
I realize it can be a difficult decision to contact a therapist, one that requires courage and readiness. You have already taken the first step by searching. It is equally important to find a therapist that is the right fit for you. Note: I specialize in CBT, DBT, Trauma-focused CBT, grief, anxiety management, and narrative therapy.
