Sometimes, taking the first step is the hardest! I have worked to take the pressure out of coming to therapy and established a comfortable and inviting practice, from the comfort of your own home. I work through video conferencing and strive to provide the highest quality therapy for my clients. I work with clients of all genders struggling with, but not limited to; bullying, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship struggles, and mood disorders.
We will work together to build a lasting rapport, identify your strengths, as well as your short and long-term goals. My goal is for you to recognize your strongest, and truest potential, and identify strategies that work best for you to breakdown barriers that may be holding you back.
Working through video conferencing allows you to feel comfortable in your therapy sessions. After all, therapy is all about what you get out of it! Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
